Incoming
Picked up about a week ago literally a day before a trip to Asia!

Was planning to just take one of my Gshocks or my offshore but obviously had to take my newest toy with me instead.

Highly recommend a visit to the AP lab and the House in Tokyo btw! Both are great experiences.

Congrats!! The AP LAB experience is pretty cool and definitely worth doing if you’re in Tokyo.

Congratulations! I just picked up its sibling in 38mm and Blue Dial variant yesterday.

Coincidentally, I will be travelling to Tokyo and Osaka too next week LOL I am contemplating the same as you whether to bring this new toy, or just wear the elder sibling RO.

Congrats! To make an appointment with the Tokyo AP house, did you do it via the AP website, emailed, or called them? I will be going to Tokyo in March and would definitely want to visit it.

Just a piece of brass that you satin polish and hammer like the Royal oak. They usually have an octagon shape based on pics from IG but probably ran out.

They had octagon pieces when I did the masterclass in le brassus last year.

They give you a string to make a necklace with the ring

I just messaged them through the website. Somewhat last minute too. About a week before I went. Definitely one of the better Houses I’ve been to
