Great watch from a company rich in watchmaking history. Amongst the earliest manufacturers of automatic watches.
Enjoy, cheers ! |

Appreciate it. Though they have a rich history, the watch name was new to me until a few months ago.
What made it a must with me was when I discovered Admiral Richard Byrd chose to wear the original Antarctic when he led the mission "Operation Deep Freeze" to the south pole in the mid 1950's. My father was on that mission and I have many, many photographs and his Deep Freeze Medallion, given to each member of the mission. I thought this would be another great way to remember my dad. I really look forward to this watch. Thanks guys.

Great watch from an interesting company, and great medallion as well. I assume you saw the recent Urban Gentry video on this piece?
