If you were me, which would you go for? On the one hand, I love the Hulk. But on the other hand, I have been wanting to get a vintage 16750 GMT for a while now and I found a nice one here from a great seller.

Completely different feeling getting a modern 6 digits compared to older ones. I would get the 16750 if I already have a 6-digit keeper.

Don't get too many opportunities at a nice vintage example from a good seller! I'd probably do that, but what else do you have in your lineup?

Currently have a 116710BLNR (Batman), a 116500LN Daytona in Black, and a SD4000 SeaDweller.

That's a 16750 through and through....be warned....they are addictive (vintage in general) and you might not stop at one.

It's a 1981 model so it should be a matte dial

You are correct, it SHOULD be a matte dial...however, it may not be, and as stated, the two watches you're considering are completely different animals....Me, I'd go for the 16750 all day, given everything about the example is in order....does the 16750 come with everything? If possible get some pics...I'd like to see it.

There are not many watches I would choose over the LVC, but I agree that the vintage examples are harder and harder to source. I say buy the GMT and the Hulk can be added later.

Another vote for the 16750 as the Hulk is everywhere and still being produced as we speak. Original and correct 16750s from trusted sellers are becoming harder to find every day, and more expensive too!!

If you found a nice example of the pepsi, then get it. Otherwise, go for the hulk. My preference is slightly towards the hulk but it's close.

16750 GMT a better watch, but a lot of headaches to deal with if you are buying an old watch. Best to steer clear.
