Is my wife right?

My wife thinks the BLRO is a dressier watch than the TT LN.

I disagree.

We think we should let you guys decide.
Edit: I myself also wonder which is de better daily, what do you think?

Your wife doesn't know what she is talking about

In fact neither watch is "dressy".

For her it’s probably the BLROs Jubilee bracelet and for you the YG on the LN.

You are both right and both wrong

I agree - the TT is dressier but it is a close one.

Neither is dressy.

I wear my BLRO as a daily and think it’s pretty perfect.

Neither are even close to being a dress watch. However the TT in this case is closer to the dressy end of the spectrum given the pastel colors of the Pepsi.

Is my wife right?

Okay so since clearly this question has been changed slightly in the hope to win an argument (still love you sweetie), let me give you guys a better understanding of our discussion.

My husband, OP, does not want to daily his Pepsi because he is afraid of scratches. After my incredibly rational yet touching speech of the BLRO just being the better watch, my husband could not find any better argument than to say that the BLRO does not fit on a suit. He claims it is not dressy enough to wear in formal situations and thus not eligible for daily. So we agreed to ask for your professional advice.

In my opinion, he is wrong, and likely making excuses for his fear of scratches

PS; thanks to all of you guys saying that the wife is always right. Mind telling him this more often? ;)

I learned in counseling that I can be right, or I can be married, but not both.

Both husband and wife are posting. Each is using model refs like BLRO, Pepsi nickname and written similar. Plus, we also have a bikini pic someone posted.

Obviously, TT watches come off as dressy / blingy regardless what you wear with it. The BLRO also comes off dressy with the “get ready for the retirement home” Jubilee bracelet.

Where whatever watch you like regardless if it gets scratched.

Blro looks dressy with a jubilee but the TT gold looks more.

It's just that my LN is a "field tested" watch that can handle daily abuse without breaking a sweat, you'd never even notice an extra ding or scratch on it. That being said, the black and gold do open up more clothing and occasion possibilities as opposed to the more flashy and sporty BLRO.

I do have to admit, acknowledging potential hypocrisy compared to one of my previous posts, I fear getting the BLRO dinged up..

Thanks for pitching in and setting the record straight sweetie
