Biased greatly but my BP FF is hard to beat. The readability day and night is amazing. It has the most amazing lume I have ever seen on a top tier manufacturer.

Some Thoughts...

The hazards of diving for watches don't lie in water resistance (most recreational divers stay >40 meters). The hazards are on the boat, on the surface of the water and getting back on the boat.

The Boat: Placing your rig on and off in a tightly spaced row of tanks is a mechanically hazardous environment and so is the ladder on a boat in a rolling sea. Lots of tight quarters with 316 stainless with sharp edges.

The Surface: You should set your bezel once you are in the water post equipment check on the surface just prior to submerging. The AP is not water resistant when the bezel is free to rotate and the control is located in an awkward position to operate easily.

In short, I like many of these watches as beautiful, water resistant watches but none of them would fair well mostly for mechanical impact reasons and some for functional impracticality. You could indeed dive with any of them, but why destroy an expensive, beautifully crafted watch?

My $.02
