Third day on the wrist an I'm completely loving this. I travel a lot for work and it's amazingly thin and inconspicuous on the wrist. I'm not sure how I can wear anything else now. It goes great under a cuffed shirt the same way it is with a sweater. I have a feeling my other Iwc watches are going neglected.

I've never really measured it so I can't give you an exact number. I will say it is small. It took a while for the service department to size down the strap.
