Having seen a couple sell this week for £6-7k I don’t think it’ll ever be a MSRP piece to be fair.

There is a Harrods Black Bay LE on eBay just now and the seller wants £11,250 ($14,000) for it!!! That’s more than some sellers are trying to get for their Sea-Dweller 43!
It’s an ok version but surely no one would be crazy enough to spend that much on one. Only 100 have been sold but expect that more will be released again for the same retail price as the standard BB.
They have added a green bezel, green tipped second hand and a Harrods branded case back but stopped short of adding a matching green aluminium crown spacer and a bespoke green fabric strap.
Has anyone seen any others on the grey market and what price were they asking?

Honestly I'm interested in the BB but I prefer the rose logo over the shield and the smiley text. I'll pass for an eta BBR.

My thoughts are they will keep making them. They have a winner and I don’t see why they’d limit production after the numbered set runs out. They didn’t with the LHD and that isn’t even nearly as popular.

Maybe just me being optimistic I can get one later on :chuckle:

This may be old news but I found out this week that the first 100 limited editions haven't all been picked up yet. They are still in the 80 of 100 range. The main edition watches will take some time unfortunately.

As much as I like the colouring, I'm not so sure about the rivet bracelet.

Pop it on the NATO then!

The bracelet is better than a Nato, because the watch case is way too thick to accommodate a Nato strap - and looking good.

I bought a black bay in Harrods this year but sadly it was only a Bronze! It is rare enough.

It’s a lovely watch, but at 8k you could buy a decent shape Kermit. No real contest for me at least.

But at 2.6k, an absolute steal I think.

A tad expensive I’d say , I’d rather have another 16610lv too [emoji106]

A lot of comments along the lines of ‘you could get this for £8k’. But most you have mentioned are all mainstream produced the the thousands and thousand regular production pieces.

That’s true. Whether what you say makes a 2.5k watch worth 8k is another matter however, and I guess a subjective choice.

I should point out, I am not knocking the watch itself.

I was under the impression the one I was commenting on was the one that sold for 8k. What’s yours up for?

Blowers have one selling for £6.5k at the moment, still too much if you ask me.

Was this post serious? Just curious because I didn't know that Macy*s even carried Tudor. Unless there's a collab coming. Also I'd suspect it would only be at flashship Macy*s stores.
