Hello TRF...

I happened to stumble across a very nice specimen today and could not pass it up. I thought my heart and Panerai had went their seperate ways, but now that I have her on my wrist, I think she may be around for a while...Id like to introduce you all to my latest "aquisition" Ms. 112....:bartmoon:

its more of an intuitive process rather than a scientific process (counting the number of winds)

when you wind it you hear the clicking sounds and the tension getting stronger so just be gentle with it

you will reach a point that the crown it will not wind anymore. thats when you should not forcibly wind it.

it means its fully wound. and will give you 56 hours power.

i make sure to fully wind mine whenever it gets into rotation.

enjoy the winding time in peace and quiet. great classic watch! bold and beautiful! excellent choice!

never gets old even 20 years down the road!

Congratulations!!!:clap::clap::clap:

Count me in the 112 owners club.

The 112 is what attracted me to Panerai in the first place. It's a wonderfully clean dial true to it's heritage as a military watch. Without a seconds hand it's a case of set and forget with no constant accuracy checking.

Date? Who needs it?!

Congrats on that beauty.
