what is the difference between LUMINOR & RADIOMIR ?

As captioned, what is the difference between LUMINOR & RADIOMIR ?

From my limited knowledge that I've gained so far, the most obvious thing is that they're different cases. If you look at them you can tell the luminor by the distinctive "cover" around the crown. The radiomir doesn't have that.

Also if you look at them in person, the difference is more noticeable than you might see in pictures.
