Macro Attempt

1 Attachment(s)
In attempt to get back in to the swing of things, here is my first attempt at macro. It's handheld and not the best...I need a tripod!

I just got a (new to me) 60mm 2.8 AF-D. I have learned to never use a Tiffen filter. It destroyed a few images.

Nice shot

Thanks!

Hopefully I will be able to take better photos once I get a tripod, some soft boxes and decent photo editing software. I just switched to a Mac and still trying to get used to it.

Nikon 300s with a lot of 2.8 glass. I am hope to graduate to full frame (d700) by the end of the year and move in to the Leica M series.

Wait, the Leica will cut in to my next Rolex fund...that will have to wait for a few years from now.

Awesome shot! I have a few iPhone photos and they turn out pretty good.
