210 for 339
Good Day All,
I picked up a PAM210 a few days ago but I stopped by the AD and they now have a PAM339. I was thinking about getting 339, I would really like a 18K gold watch, I do like the size of the 210 but the size of the 339 fits me a bit better. The AD would take my PAM210 back and give me full credit for it. What are you thoughts on the new 42mm Rad's? I have not seen too many of them anywhere. The P.999 in-house movement looks nice! And I love the brushed gold case and tobacco dial.:agree: It would be way more then I ever spent on a watch but it would be a keeper. Thanks, Eric |
Are you referring to the PAM 338 instead of the PAM 339? nt

beauty for sure, i want to get one for my wife since shes fallen for my 380. personally i like the larger sizes on my wrist. i tried on the ss version you are lusting after and preferred the 45mm on my 6.5" wrist.
my favorite rad is the 249 but not sure i can swing the 47mm. would love to try it on some day if i could find one! |
Pam 336,337,338 are the newer 42mm, with sub seconds and 60 hours power reserve.
Very nice. I love the Oro Rosa one. |
Sorry I was talking about the 336, dam keybaord:banghead:

i have the 210 and find it a perfect balance in size....
tried the 232... the 47mm did not feel right at all and the numbers on the dial were bigger than the 210 (i wasn't crazy about that either) . the 42 mm looks great but i think i would have 45 envy if i got one? |

I stick with the 45mm or the 47mm Radiomir. |

210 all da way home!!!!

The 42mm Rad would be a lovely piece.
Thinner case I'm led to understand. I yearned for a 141, which is steel, but 42mm. Still do. Go the 336 if it feels good for you. Cheers Richard |
I also like the 233. But I like the thin small case of the 336.
|
stick with 210...
|
I'm telling you....give the 210 the time. It is my fav.
I have 6.5" wrist and it is PERFECTO! http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/h...P/IMG_0109.jpg |
i'm fond of the 336 and 338, so, if you like it, go for it. quite stunning and, IMHO, more "special"/interesting than the 210, at least in terms of a more "dressy" option.
FWIW, check out these great pix of the 338 posted yesterday at p.com. |

How does you strap fit? A proper fitting strap will keep it far enough up your arm to where it won't dig in. It doesn't have to be super tight to achieve this, but just right. |

mine never digs and i wear mine a bit loose. the 104 i had before was constantly hammering my hand, though. same strap position...

hey eric, your AD in calgary has one in stock?
If so, you are lucky, that watch is hard to find, only 500ish were made i believe. I tried finding one as well, no luck. |
