Concorde sunset pic
last friday night i had the pleasure of attending a private exhibition at the Musée de l'Orangerie near the Louvre. for those that are not familiar with the museum, it was chosen and arranged by Claude Monet to showcase his Nymphéas (click on this link for a virtual visit of the piece). in addition, the Orangerie offers masterpieces from the Jean Walter and Paul Guillaume Collection, featuring Cézanne, Renoir, Picasso, Rousseau, Matisse, Derain, Modigliani, Soutine, Utrillo and Laurencin. really great to visit without the crowds.
i snapped this iPhone pic at place de la Concorde on the way to the museum and thought i'd share it. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-4...20Concorde.JPG have a good day. |
And I thought the Concorde was flying again....

Thanks! It's a 164. If you are familiar with a 104, it's the same watch, but with an Arabic dial, brushed case, polished crown guard, quick strap change system and shiny hands. |
Nice pic!

Nice shot Cru!
