Rolex Guy Panerai Curious. . .
I've had Subs, SDs, Explorers and other Rolexes. Now I am curious about Panerai. Can you recommend a solid first Panerai for me?
I am not into chronographs. I like a classically simple look with a matte dial best. I would prefer somewhat of an iconic model. Thanks. |
go for 390, it's nice
if you want one more affordable, 000 or 005 are sure good choices best |

They re too big for me.

At least get the sandwich dial on the 005. Or the sandwich dial and display back on the 112.
|
Simple is good! So many good choices. Take your time and look around a bit.

rolex and panerai should be together in any collection.
as for first panerai, clean dial is the way to go. 000,111,112,005 are some refs for entry-level PAMs.. happy hunting. |

I just picked up a 183 Radiomir and very happy. Simple and classy.

005 or 111 is best for a first entry level pam
|
111, 005 for me.
|
Another vote for the 111 or 005
Be aware that these models do not hack |
If you are a fan of dive watches I can't praise the 243 enough
|
Moved from a sub serti to a pam 111 and now a pam 351. Don't regret it, a 111 is the best entry level pam IMO.
|
I would recommend 233 as a first Pam
|
The 111 would make an outstanding first PAM.
