A 3,1mill 1680 Red sub with 9315 bracelet, to the best of my knowledge never polished and hardly worn. Not the most expensive- or hard to find sub, but my keeper.

Thank you all for nice comments, I have searched for a long time before I found it. there are only two watches I seldom use and this is one of them. This beauty will stay in the family.

Congrats! That is one of my "grail" watches for sure!

Tudor66 14 January 2013 03:37 PM

That's a really nice example with a folder over bracelet you have there.. Many of us have this watch on our lists, in my case, my wallet seems to get stuck in my back pocket whenever I think about buying one...

Enjoy your watch, I certainly hope you wear that particular beauty every day...

nice one, congrats - but why spend ages finding it and then hardly wear it?
They are pretty durable you know, and it's already lasted 40 years!

$6K for a full set m-first red sub, from Hong Kong...

also: "Band = comes with the original Rolex stainless steel heavy oyster fliplock bracelet with divers extension 93150 with 580 end-pieces, "

a 93150 from 1969?
