iPhone App, 000 & 24 and a couple of cats
 

The app is called bokeh lens and is kinda like the basic focal blur tool, except this allows you to define the sharp area and blur the rest instead of just a circle for the sharp area. Anyway, here are some before and after shots to show the result along with my 000 with Isabella (darker) and Gracie (lighter)
