Gold cannot fade but the other alloy in the gold like the copper can discolour with sweat chemical body sprays etc.But just simple washing in plain soap and water regular should prevent all this. Then if you have watch serviced at normal service intervals and let them polish watch only TT watches will be fine for 30 plus years.

Won't fade just tarnish, a simple clean every few weeks with soap and water with a toothbrush.

No and as stated above just clean it every few weeks.

This is like those "I got my rolex wet, did I break it" threads.

The OP is not serious

If salt water for submersion for centuries can not tarnish gold, I doubt body sweat will do anything....nothing to worry about...it should not fade. If it does, it is not a genuine rolex.

There is a small chance your sweat will dissolve the gold. Never exercise while wearing it, and always walk very, very slow...

Good advice, but a better idea is not to wear it, keep it in the box and let it depreciate for 5 or 6 years. Then it will be in mint condition and you can sell it for half of what you paid for it.
