For sale is my Jaeger LeCoultre Master Compressor Dualmatic GMT, Model Q1738470 (173.84.70)

The Dualmatic features a great second time zone indication with 2 overlapping hour hands. The main hour hand indicates local time and can be advanced +/- 1 hour increments. A second, open/skeleton hour hand indicates your ‘home’ time; when not traveling, the skeleton hand is conveniently hidden under the ‘local’ hour hand, providing a clean look.

A 24-hour indicator in a semicircular window is synchronized with the home time to give a day/night indication. Date window at 3:00 is synchronized to the local hour hand.

Time is adjusted with the 4:00 crown; the 2:00 crown operates the internal rotating bezel.

Both crowns features the Master Compressor signature compression key, an external butterfly collar that seals the crowns with a ½ turn that compresses a gasket that ensures water resistance. Red/White arrows indicate if keys are open or closed.

Movement - JLC’s advanced cal 972 ‘Autotractor’ automatic movement. This caliber is a rugged movement, considered by some to be JLC’s equivalent to the Rolex 31xx movements. 28800 vph, 50 hour power reserve.

Hands - Local hour hand in rhodium plated brass luminescent. Home hour hand in openworked white lacquered brass. Minute hand in rhodium plated brass luminescent

Dial - Black dial with luminescent numerals and hour markers

Case - 41.5mm diameter; stainless steel
