My 6239 Cosmograph year 1964-1965

It is a 1197XXX series serial. Very clean. I used to wear it all the time, not as much recently. The mainspring on it broke once other than that has not required any service.

I actually prefer the 6265 and 6263 I hope to reacquire those someday.

Wow, your 6239 is stunning! It's nice to see a Daytona paired with a jubilee :worship:

Thanks! I've sometimes wondered about the provenance of the bracelet. It's certainly very old though I don't know if it's as old as the watch.

Stunning! Is the dial turning tropical? Would love to see more pictures

Old school cool

No the dial is not turning tropical except I suppose on four of the tritium markers, but come to think of it, they have always been like that while I've had it. It's clean, when I acquire vintage watches I don't like the beat up, all scratched up or really faded ones.

The only semblance of aging on this watch is that the black has worn off the numbers on the bezel but it's been like that since I acquired it no change.
