Up for grabs is a vintage 1972 Omega Speedmaster reference 145.022 with a rare pulsations bezel. Highly desirable and beautiful step dial that only came on early 145.022 Speedmasters. This example has the unique Pulsations bezel that was designed for doctors and makes this Speedmaster stand out from the rest.

145.022 reference - 32842547 serial circa 1972

Description:

• Original black Omega step dial in excellent condition. Please note there is a little dust under the crystal.
• Original hands with matching patina.
• Omega logo etched crystal with a few scratches.
• Caseback: "First watch worn on the moon" stamped 145.022 ST 71
• Movement is the correct .861.
• No box or papers, service history unknown. Movement is clean and the watch is currently winding smooth and running well.
