I'm no expert but a quick google search turned this up.

TBR = Tessellated Brilliance

Tessellate: to cover (a plane surface) by repeated use of a single shape, without gaps or overlapping

Not sure either. TBR also means To Be Released, but not sure if that is the acronym's context in the post.

Old thread, but I found a different answer from my AD in Geneva. Remember that the references are always in French.

T: Trapèze (shape of the stone)
R: Rond (shape of the stone)
BR: Brillant (Bezel with stones, diamond)
