Anyone have experience with "TimeKeepersVault"?

I just discovered online this shop semi local to me (not close enough to drive on a whim) and was wondering if anyone has heard of or had experience with the shop TimeKeepersVault. Their website is kind of empty but their Chrono24 accounts has a lot of watches listed.
