older Seiko eating batteries

One of my older seikos 782977 seems to be eating batteries. Can it be saved or is it time to replace it? I've but in batteries three times since the start of the year.

It needs to be rebuilt. I bet all the oils are dried up and it putting a load on the batteries.

What is the model number of the watch? Or do you have a pic of it?
