Tudor 76100 help

Hello all, really wanting a rolex sub but pretty much impossible to get one from a ad and not a fan of paying above msrp so I decided to look for older tudors

Ran across this and the seller stated a service was done in 2018 and said all parts are original but the hands look weird to me, like the were relumed or chipping. Any thoughts appreciated.

What year?
Dial looks relumed to me.
Hands original , but not matching
A

He is stating 1984, saying that nothing is relumed as far as he can tell since its appears to be matching but there is some cracking (should I be worried about that?), will try adding another picture

Seems like its the best I can do due to picture size limit

To me it’s been relumed or touched up.
I think hands are original.
Itsdial that concerns me

Thanks. Are you saying the dial has been relumed? Or is there another issue? Does that significantly reduce value?

I think relumed or touched up.
May just be the lighting.
If it is touched up/relumed - yes it reduces value
