Should I sue my employer?

I wear this watch at work and I've got some marks on it. Should I sue my employer because I guess it' is his responsibility?

Got my popcorn ready, now just need a beer...

AshCashEmAll 30 January 2020 10:38 AM

That thing is so filthy I probably wouldn't eat with it on.

calebb90 30 January 2020 10:39 AM

Keep it out of the courts. Take matters into your own hands and start fooling around with your boss’ wife! That’ll teach em!

That’s why Jocke wears gloves to eat as shown in the photo...

You should sue your employer for making you wear driving gloves at work!

I hear he’s a friendly fellow ... may be better to ply him with beer and pizza:chuckle:

Jabbo84 30 January 2020 11:01 AM

Got to be a joke. As a business owner this makes me sick.

Claven2 30 January 2020 11:46 AM

out of curiosity, what do you do where your watch gets so beat up all the time? It looks like you really thrash it.

rmurphy 30 January 2020 11:57 AM

Some soap and water would prevent 90% of that.

Why didn’t you just post the link to the watch being restored??

ltmgeller 30 January 2020 01:29 PM

You're good, you can still tell the time.

kits73 30 January 2020 01:31 PM

I don’t know about that shirt though ..

Old Geezer 30 January 2020 01:32 PM

Yes, litigation is definitely in order. Obviously there is property damage involved and I’m certain there has been pain and suffering for you and your family. Throw in some punitive damages because obviously they were deliberate in their mis-treatment of you and your priceless Datejust. You should be able to retire independently wealthy.

KenU 30 January 2020 01:37 PM

Is there a lawyer in the house?

BNA/LION 30 January 2020 01:53 PM

YES! Do It!

MasonDixon 30 January 2020 02:32 PM

I guess you could put a mirror in the witness chair for the cross-examination.

I’m sitting here with my popcorn and beer. This has the potential to be wildly entertaining.

herts9 30 January 2020 02:46 PM

The real crime is that paisley shirt

gliderpilot 30 January 2020 03:22 PM

I am sure your employer will be happy to provide you with a new watch or two, it is the Tax Man you should be worried about (given your colourful personality, I assume you own your own business)

zenlee 30 January 2020 03:45 PM
