I’m selling a 38mm 18K rose gold 1946 Vacheron Constantin dress watch, here are the details:

Dial: Near mint condition 18K yellow gold dial with a pin stripe pattern showing very light wear. It has rose gold hour markers and hands with a blued steel seconds hand.

Case: Excellent condition 18K rose gold case that shows light wear.

Movement: Vacheron Constantin manual winding calibre P454/5C is in good operating condition keeping good time. The service history is unknown.
