- Dial in good condition with some minor marks

- Valjoux 7733 movement in excellent condition

Description:

This is the Gallet MultiChron 45 Chronograph. Gallet is possibly the world’s oldest watch and clockmaker, with history dating back to 1466. However, the Gallet that is known today dates back to 1826 as that was the year that the name Gallet & Cie was registered. Their first wrist chronograph, the MultiChron 30, was manufactured specifically for the British Royal Air Force and also, the first waterproof wrist chronograph. While not the most famous name today, Gallet is actually still active in repairing and servicing pre-owned watches. Specifically, this is known as the MultiChron 45 because the minute register at the three o’clock was used to measure time in 45-minute intervals.
