For sale is a fantastic looking Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra World Timer ref 220.12.43.22.03.001. I bought it from an AD in late April 2020. It is in excellent condition and still in warranty. The only visible wear marks are on the clasp, on the bezel near the 5 marker, and possibly minuscule scuffs on polished parts of the case from contact with long sleeve shirt fabric. This specific model comes on a very comfortable blue rubber strap which resists wear much better than a metal bracelet. The master chronometer movement keeps excellent time. The watch comes with the AD "papers" aka red Omega warranty etc cards and its original box. This watch has one of the best looking dials!
This 43 mm Worldtimer model includes a polished case in stainless steel which is integrated with the structured blue rubber strap via a solid polished link. The exterior section of the dial is sun-brushed blue and includes vertical teak stripes and a circle of global destinations printed in red (GMT), silvery (+1h in summer) and blue (places without daylight savings). The centre of the dial contains a 24-hour glass ring, with light blue to indicate daytime and dark blue to indicate night. The vision of Earth is created on a grade 5 titanium plate. This has been laser-ablated to create the blue ocean, leaving a relief of the continents. The contrasting colours of the Earth’s surface are obtained naturally by the laser’s chemical reaction. Inside, the Worldtimer is driven by the Master Chronometer Calibre 8938.
