Legit Check: Submariner F Serial

Hi all,

Looking for a legit check on this Submariner, serial number reads F437091 which dates it to 2005, so puts it in the right range for "swiss made" and the behaut engraving but I'm confused about the open 19 as I thought they phased this out before this production serial. Please let me know, TIA
