1970s Vacheron Constantin Ref. 7943 “Mesh Doll”. 18k white gold. Watch remains in new old stock condition and recently underwent a full overhaul. Case measures 31.5x32mm but given case shape wears much larger. The integrated bracelet is unsized, currently measuring approximately 7.5", giving the purchaser a lot of flexibility. This watch is a true work of art and a ton of value.
