Rate limited?
 

The are you a human checks ate annoying enough, now I keep getting a "rate limited, the owner of this website has temporarily banned you from using it" ?

Same thing with me. Also, the whole page looks distorted, some elements are not visible... the page has to be reloaded all the time. There might be some configuration error:

Steve must be going nuts trying to sort this.

Same rate limit issue here along with the occasional misconfiguration (images, text, etc) of the site.
