Las Ventanas in Cabo. A Rosewood resort.

Mexico is a big place, what region or area did you prefer to go?

I love Puerto Vallarta as a place to visit. I've stayed at the Hyatt Ziva - the food was m'eh. Also stayed at the Hilton Vallarta All Inclusive - the food there was better than the Ziva, but, still roughly cruise quality. I've never stayed at any that have had really top tier restaurants.

These three are Excellent places to stay.

1. Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal
2. Esperanza, An Auberge Resort
3. Diamante Cabo San Lucas

Flora Farms is a fantastic restaurant that brought the farm-to-table concept to Cabo. 100% recommend this as a top dining experience.

100% endorsement for Flora Farms in Cabo. They also have hotel accommodations. We've not stayed there but friends have and they loved it.

In PV, the best resort is hotel mousai by an absolute mile, worth visiting on your next trip down there. Quick trip to ponchos for their el pastor tacos and trip complete.

Rosewood Mayakopa was one of the nicest places I have ever been.

Atelier Playa Mujeres - adults only, all inclusive. Not cheap but amazing. Get the sea view rooms (inspira, sea view).
