Anyone have the Gold Superocean 42

As the title says, I'm looking for input on the Rose Gold Superocean 42. As far as pictures go, I'm interested, but haven't been able to find one in person. Seems like some reasonable prices online, I don't think it's a $24,000 watch though. Opinions?

Nice watch but would look to the secondary market if truly interested. Breitling as a whole is horrible in the secondary market and PM is even worse so a great buying opportunity. But, if you buy it you own.

I've found it at 50% retail (reputable gray, brand new, box etc but no warranty card), not sure I can do better. What do you think?

At 50% off how do you lose on a great watch? Buy it, enjoy it and if you ever decide to move it just submit it for a service and get the Service Warranty Card. You should get out for what you have in it or close either way. Let us know what you decide.

If you truly like the watch, with that 50% from the reputable grey dealer, that's a very good opportunity to take. I would never pay fully MSRP for this personally.

Thanks. I'm leaning towards pulling the trigger. I definitely wouldn't consider full price either. I'm not a habitual flipper, but have sold several times in order to fund a new purchase. I'm not in it to make money, I just hate losing it

I'm with you on that! I like brands (like Breitling amomg others) that present these types of opportunities either pre-owned or new from a grey dealer. To me, it's what enjoyment of this interest is all about long-term.

Back in 2007 was the first and last time I bought a brand new watch form an AD. Sold it 3-years later for 50% of what I paid with a 20% discount. No regrets, but this has reminded me to be aware as my collection was rebuilt from 2010 to present. I much prefer being on the other end of the aforementioned.
