5711 Expertise (What’s Important)

Hi, I am in the market for a 5711 (a full set SS with Blue Dial).

I’ve read a lot of posts and watched several Youtube videos.

I’m trying to learn and understand what is inportant to look out for and which is the right version to get.

I have been looking at 2019+ versions so they have the latest movement, but I have read on other posts that a well maintained older watch is more important than one with the later movement.

The later watches seem to be circa $20,000 more expensive also, so I am trying to figure out which watch to get.

Is it better to limit my search to a 2019+ or do you have other preferences which you would put ahead of the year / latest movement?

Thank you in advance for your help and guideance.
