I asked a lot of technical questions.............and shamelessly used as many "big" words as I could! Al just sat there smiling 'cause he knew exactly what was going on, and at least the guy was gracious enough to look directly at ME when he responded to them.

In my line of work the attitude really irks me.

I once yelled at a junior for calling a client and asking if "your husband is there, as it will be a technical conversation."

The bouquet and apology card came out of his wages!
