While this thread is two years old, I will write my response to anyone else who has a similar question. If you are the OP's age, do NOT wear the watch.
Hell, I was the OP's age and had the same dilemma with a TT Bluesy Submariner. It just puts off a bad impression and regardless of what you think, the watch will not make an impression - it will only make you feel more confident. And, in regards to that, there are other more discrete substitutes that can boost your confidence. You want to show that you are a passionate, hungry, and motivated employee at that age. You do not want to come across as not needing the money, as your youth has one big advantage - energy. Companies hire the young because they want someone who is hungry and driven whilst working for less than the seniors. If you give an impression of anything other than that, you are starting the race with your laces untied.
