I'm not sure about this. Even though this movement is basically a carbon copy of an auto and has great finishing it never was a success. People associate quartz with "cheap" plain and simple. Even if the seconds hand didn't exist or they made it glide, especially in 2020 i'm not sure if anyone would care. It is funny seeing so many AP models offered in Quartz though, who knows?
