for the price you've been offered for the 127, it seems like a bargain. however the no box & papers is a real sticky point. check it out with panerai on the serial no. to see if there's no hanky panky and have someone authenticate the watch to make sure all parts are original. if everything is in order, i would say YES....GO FOR IT!
