Gee, I wish that would entice someone to buy our house. Our realtor called this evening to say one interested young couple couldn't get qualified for a loan - he was just out of law school and she just started a new job. Sigh. Still, the time is right to buy.
If you don't mind my asking, how much lower is your refinanced rate than your old one? I think, when we got this house 2 years ago (almost exactly) the rate was under 6 percent, and we thought that was pretty great.
