Sell it.
Seems like you don't enjoy this watch despite you only got it last year and it is not about keeping vs selling but just about selling now or later. Truth is you should probably not have made the purchase. I'd cut my losses rather than speculating on a meaningful improvement in secondary market prices. Even well-loved classics such as the 3940 have been moving up slowly at best and the 5205 is far from being a classic at this point.
