As above my choice would either be the 422 or 233.
422 offers 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 of your must haves. Of your want haves it offers 1, 2 & 3. It has a huge display case back and while the movement isn't adorned with the highest level of finishing I sure enjoy looking at the enormous movement. The only thing is the case is 47mm but your wrist size isn't far off mine so I don't think you would have an issue with it.
The 233 offers similarly offers most if not all of your must and want haves and also offers the GMT function again with a display case back but with an 8 day power reserve compared to the 3 days on the 422.
Both are manual wind and I think the Luminor is the best model from Panerai as manual as you don't have the worry of having to screw and unscrew the crown to wind, simply unlock the crown guard wind and close and you maintain the 100m water resistance.
You wouldn't go far wrong with either of these 2.
