Talking about the caps on the top of pens, I recently got a new car, the salesman had a Mont Blanc roller ball, when handing me the pen to sign, he always kept the top in his hand, I lightheartedly pointed this out to him, asking him if he was worried that someone would walk out with his pen, he replied "That it was the first thing he was taught at the dealership" Ill have to remember that.
