One of the main criticisms on the 5327 is that the movement is too small for the case (5140 was 37mm with the same base caliber) and they tried to hide that with the breguets, to fill up space, thus making the dial busy. Only you can decide if that bothers you.

A patek QP is always a special piece, imo. The ACs have the charm of being a complication created by PP, so that is something to consider as well.

Tough to go wrong with either one. I'd say it would depend on how good the deal you're getting is. Good luck deciding, OP.
