You're spot on in that it is a shorter wait for the black and silver vs the blue since the blue currently is Boutique only.
Directionally blue has the longest wait, and silver the shortest across the different models of Overseas. There's naturally some latitude the local ADs and/or Boutiques will have based on your engagement so hopefully yours will be able to source one for you sooner than later. Either way its a terrific piece you're closing in on, definitely worth the wait.
