Wine tonight is my old standby, the excellent "Cat Amongst the Pidgeons" Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon 2018. A lovely balanced fruity full-bodied red that I enjoy as an easy quaffer for a night at home.

Great looking and probably tasting Quiche.. one of our favorites. The wine sounds excellent too. Hope the Mrs is feeling better. That Covid is still everywhere....Ugh.!!
