Please consider a venture into the land that is called Bourbon. But don't start your journey with Jim Beam or Four Roses. Unfold the map called Woodford Reserve. The smell that emanates from the bottle upon opening is just divine. Sweet caramel notes with cinnamon. Don't heat your glass though
