Funnily enough my SA told me the prices have risen to 26k lately and maybe it's just me but I agree with others here on this topic.... to me it's a 15k watch competing against the likes as Octo finissimo or GP laureato. Nothing more, nothing less. I think even 22k is hard to justify if you compare it to the usual suspects (royal oak, overseas)
What I still want to add is that 30 antarctique are on chrono as of now. I think that's an unhealthy ratio given how few of them are in circulation right now. I guess no more than 300 pieces built

I get it. If you don't love it, no reason to keep a watch in this price range.
However, I also wouldn't read too much into the listings on Chrono. There are flippers everywhere, and you can't make the assumption these are all unhappy previous owners.
AND, I'd get a Czapek over an AP/RO any day. Does AP make anything else?
