As you are typing in the reply box, right above the box there is a yellow picture icon with mountains on it, hover over it and it shows 'Insert Image' .... click it, it will say insert picture. You just paste your link in there and hit enter. :)
Or just download the app called tapatalk and use that to read the forum and post (helps a lot with posting pics directly from your phone)
