I've noticed that Jarvis can occasionally drop off a cliff, when they are young they are vibrant and exciting, but as a product of their style unfortunately they don't seem to hold up very well. I bought a case of 1997 I thought I would be drinking for years, but now they are so ghosty, I only open them when everyone at my table has had enough wine and they don't care what they are drinking LOL

LOVE Margaux, even in off-vintages, not that 1999 is necessarily an off year, but anytime you see a Bordeaux first growth in Costco it's usually not because it's a well-regarded vintage. JMHO
