I’ve traveled internationally with Rolex and other luxury watches on my wrist for +4 decades and never given the matter a second of thought. There are Louis Vuitton suitcases that cost more than a Rolex. A diamond ring can easily cost 100k. Customs could technically target any affluent traveler.
