I generally prefer the older design/look, mainly because they are classier and simply more 'Rolex'.
I especially dislike that the new Sea Dweller has those words
" ORIGINAL GAS ESCAPE VALVE "
" RING LOCK SYSTEM ".
There are so many of those letters (36!!), and they are as big as, if not bigger than the letters
spelling 'ROLEX' (only 5!).
It's not the sort of thing that would have appeared on a Rolex, and IMHO well.... more than a bit tacky.
